Technical Data

The high-quality subsurface sucker rod pumps, crafted meticulously in alignment with API 11AX standards, proudly bear the API monogram and ISO 9001 certification. Originating from advanced technologies introduced from the USA in the 1980s, we offer an extensive range of over 40 models and sizes, with diameters spanning from 28 mm to 108 mm. This diverse selection ensures a perfect fit for a multitude of applications.
Renowned as the insert rod pump, the Sucker Rod pump represents excellence in conventional rod pump design. Ingeniously connected directly to the sucker rod, it facilitates seamless extraction along with the sucker rod without disturbing the tubing, thus offering unparalleled convenience in well inspection and maintenance. This innovation allows for significant time savings and cost reduction in pumping tests, making it an ideal choice for deeper well applications.
Engineered with a sophisticated suspension structure, this pump barrel enhances load-bearing capabilities, making it perfect for deep well operations with setting depths between 500 to 1500 meters. Key features include a gap bridge structure to prevent bending, a suspended barrel that minimizes pressure and bending risks, and reduced eccentric wear through strategic design. The plunger-to-barrel space ensures longevity and elevated pump efficiency, with an eccentric distance ε=0 to mitigate pump loss. This pump excels in deep wells where extensive tail pipes are required.

Subsurface Pump Insert

The subsurface pump insert is a critical consumable component within a subsurface pump, designed to form the primary sealing and sliding surface for the plunger. Typically manufactured from durable, wear-resistant materials like case-hardened steel or advanced ceramics, it is precision-machined to ensure a tight fit and optimal clearance. Its primary role is to facilitate the efficient reciprocating motion necessary for fluid lifting while minimizing volumetric losses due to slippage. By protecting the more expensive pump barrel from direct abrasion, the insert significantly extends the overall run life of the pump, reducing workover frequency and maintenance costs in artificial lift operations.
